Keenan Recruitment is delighted to announce an exclusive recruitment partnership with NIRPE to supply RPE Fit Testers throughout Northern Ireland. Protecting Healthcare Professionals has always been central to the work undertaken by Northern Ireland Respiratory Protective Equipment (NIRPE).  As part of their continued growth and expansion they are extending the capacity of fit testing services following the Quantitative APC Method.

Business Manager at Keenan Recruitment Laura-Lee Quigley, who is leading the recruitment campaign with NIRPE said, “I have really enjoyed working with the Team at NIRPE to develop this recruitment campaign and understand extensive training and learning required to become an accredited tester, celebrating the impressive achievement of Orla and Shauna becoming Northern Ireland’s first two female Fit2Fit accredited testers.”

RPE Fit Testers provide a vital service to our Healthcare Professionals ensuring that their RPE equipment matches the wearers facial features and seals adequately to their face. It will also help identify unsuitable face pieces that should not be used. RPE Fit Testers are not only knowledgeable but are warm and friendly providing reassurance and support, giving professionals confidence that they can continue providing the best possible patient care.  Testers are responsible for accurately recording RPE data, maintenance and management of the equipment used for testing.

Keenan Recruitment are currently recruiting for RPE Fit Testers offering full or part time contracts throughout Northern Ireland.  

Competitive Salary.  Full training, induction and CPD certification and ongoing support provided.

·         2 years paid experience within a Healthcare Setting

·         Knowledge of Health & Safety within a healthcare setting

·         Data Management experience
