Recruitment of Voluntary Members
Clanmil Housing is seeking new members for its Group Board and also for its Group Audit and Risk Committee.    
 
We are looking for people who can demonstrate they share our passion, our values and sense of purpose; committed to the highest standards of governance; and who can add value by their ability to be strategic and contribute effectively at Board level.    This will require an ability to think creatively whilst at the same time understanding risk and compliance within a regulated environment.    
 
A commitment to attend six to eight Board meetings a year, and/or four Group Audit and Risk Committee meetings per year, and to keep abreast of political, economic and social developments, will be important. 
 
We would welcome expressions of interests from anyone who is prepared to dedicate time and energy to providing homes and supporting communities.  We aim to establish a panel of potential interested parties include people with knowledge and/or experience in finance; housing, regeneration and community development; social enterprise; health and social services; media and public relations.
 
This is not a paid position, although out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
