Funding to recruit graduate interns from Ulster University

The Graduate Leadership Programme combines a 6-month internship with a postgraduate CPD qualification in Leadership. Being a partner in this initiative provides an economic route to recruiting the talent that could drive business forward.

In preparation for a September start, we are inviting potential partners to propose internships for Ulster graduates of July 2020. The Graduate Leadership Programme offers local employers the ideal opportunity to recruit graduates for a six-month internship between mid-September 2020 to mid-March 2021.
The Graduate receives a £6,600 bursary and undertakes a fully funded Postgraduate Certificate in Gradate Leadership worth £1,967.
The Programme equips graduates with the knowledge, skills, qualities and attributes to deliver a strategic quality improvement initiative for your business.
Total cost to participating employers is £5,500 (min), the University will administer all payments to the intern.

Ulster University will review and recommend the development of an internship offer that meets your business need and attracts Ulster University finalists.
