Women in Business proudly sponsored and hosted the graduation of this year's InnovateHer programme from Queen's University, Belfast. The 13 week programme consisted of workshops and events designed to equip the next generation of female leaders; whilst covering topics such as Idea Generation, Design Thinking, Pitching, Marketing and Leadership.
The group of budding female entrepreneurs pitched their business ideas to a Judging Panel, with ideas ranging from recycling plants for shopping centres, to apps that positively impact mental health and a clothing range created through upcycling.
On the night, 26 entrepreneurial female students celebrated the completion of Queens’ Students’ Union’s Ninth Annual Innovateher Programme by pitching their new business ideas in the hopes of winning a share of a £1000 prize pot.
