Sarah is the Co-founder and Owner of Ted & Stitch, a personalised branded workwear and custom embroidery business. From this success, she went on to create The TedBerry Market, a thriving community-driven platform.

Now in its 11th year with ten employees, Digital 24 is known for data-led strategy and results-driven delivery across organic and paid social media, google advertising, email marketing, SEO and influencer marketing, helping ambitious brands turn attention into measurable growth. In 2019, Niamh founded the Northern Ireland Social Media Awards to celebrate the people and organisations raising the standard of digital and social across Northern Ireland. What began as an awards programme has evolved into a thriving industry moment each year, bringing together creators, businesses, charities, agencies and in-house teams in one room, spotlighting best practice and giving local talent a platform to be seen and celebrated. Niamh’s focus has always been community-building as much as recognition, creating a positive space where the industry can connect, learn, and feel proud of the work happening here. The NI Social Media Awards continues to grow year on year, reflected in the scale of public engagement and submissions, and in the way it has helped build momentum across the wider marketing community in Northern Ireland.
I’m the co-founder and owner of TedBerry Market and Ted & Stitch, building woman-driven brands alongside my husband. What started as a shared dream has grown into two thriving businesses rooted in creativity and a buzzing community. I’m also a mum of three young children, who are my why in everything I do.
