This Women in Business event is delivered in partnership with Diversity MarkMRANI and Deloitte. Its purpose is to provide a welcoming space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to come together in a relaxed and informal environment to grow their connections, discuss common career and business challenges and enable valuable community building.
 
We welcome women from all ethnicities - this is a free event for Women in Business members and employees in Diversity Mark signatory organisations.

Reeshika Mukherjee is a Data and AI Engineering expert with over 8 years of experience delivering digital transformation across the tech, retail, manufacturing, and TMT sectors in Europe, APAC, and EMEA. Originally from India, she relocated to Belfast to further her career with EY, where she is currently an Assistant Manager, building AI-enabled cloud solutions for global clients. She was recently recognised as “One to Watch for the Future” at the Women in Tech NI Awards.

Daria Pudovkina is a Digital Marketing professional with over seven years of experience specialising in social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement. Throughout her career, she has developed and led marketing campaigns across the technology, higher education, and beauty sectors, giving her a broad perspective on how to build impactful digital communities and drive meaningful audience engagement. Originally from Russia, Daria relocated to Belfast after graduating to gain international experience and develop her career. What was intended to be a one-year adventure has become a seven-year journey, during which she has established herself in Northern Ireland's marketing industry. She recently became a member of UN Women UK, supporting its mission to advance gender equality and create more inclusive workplaces. She is passionate about helping others build confidence in their careers, embrace new opportunities, and leverage social media as a tool for personal and professional growth.
