This Women in Business event is delivered in partnership with Diversity Mark, MRANI and Deloitte. Its purpose is to provide a welcoming space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to come together in a relaxed and informal environment to grow their connections, discuss common career and business challenges and enable valuable community building.
 
We welcome women from all ethnicities - this is a free event for Women in Business members and employees in Diversity Mark signatory organisations.

Assistant Manager at EY | Winner of One to Watch in the Future at the Women in Tech Awards 2026

Reeshika Mukherjee is a Data and AI Engineering expert with over 8 years of experience delivering digital transformation across the tech, retail, manufacturing, and TMT sectors in Europe, APAC, and EMEA. Originally from India, she relocated to Belfast to further her career with EY, where she is currently an Assistant Manager, building AI-enabled cloud solutions for global clients. She was recently recognised as “One to Watch for the Future” at the Women in Tech NI Awards.
