All-Ireland Sustainability Summit & Expo 2025 Paves the Way Towards More Sustainable Business

Tuesday 24 June 2025

All-Ireland Sustainability Summit & Expo 2025 Paves the Way Towards More Sustainable Business The All-Ireland Sustainability Summit & Expo returns to Belfast on Tuesday, 18 June 2025, bringing together leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across the island of Ireland for one of the most anticipated sustainability events of the year.

Now in its fourth year, the event will be hosted at the iconic ICC Belfast, marking a return to the city centre. The move follows Belfast’s recent recognition as the most sustainable visitor destination in the UK and Ireland, and one of the Top 10 globally in the Global Destination Sustainability Index (GDS-Index) 2024.

The Summit is designed to support businesses of all sizes, along with public sector, third sector and academic professionals, who want to integrate sustainability into strategy and operations. In the face of rising operational costs and evolving consumer expectations, organisations are increasingly seeking ways to create cost efficiencies, strengthen their competitive edge, and define a unique sustainability-driven value proposition.

Danielle McCormick, Founder and Director at Triterra, launched the first event in 2022. “There’s a clear shift happening. Businesses want to do the right thing; for the environment, their customers, and their bottom line,” she says. “The Summit is about giving people the tools, connections, and confidence to take action and drive measurable impact.”

This year’s expanded programme and sustainability expo will cover themes including:

Achieving Net-Zero
Sustainable Tourism
AI in Sustainability
Decarbonising the Built Environment
Sustainable Finance

The agenda line-up includes representatives from this year's Gold Level Partners, Danske Bank, NIE Networks, Matrix NI and the Geological Survey NI, as well as speakers from Skillnet Ireland, GDS Movement, KPMG, ProfileTree, Visit Belfast, Cabra Castle and more. Matrix NI will also unveil its new Decarbonisation of the Built Environment report, commissioned by the Department for the Economy.

With high-impact content, an expert-led agenda, and unrivalled networking opportunities, this is a must-attend event for anyone focused on driving sustainable, future-ready business practices.
