
Digital helpers on hand to support people struggling with technology
Through the Digital Assist Text Help service, anyone can text DIGITALHELP (all one word) to 67300*, with a brief description of what support or advice is required, and a volunteer will make a follow up phone call to help The service was set up by responsible business network BITCNI, in partnership with Department of Finance, Go ON NI and NI Direct as a response to the Covid-19 crisis Volunteers supporting the service come from a number of Business in the Community NI member organisations
