Ground Espresso Bars’ has opened a new standalone store at Toscana Retail Park in Bangor. The new store has two key appointments.

Name: Hannah Leckey

Organisation: Ground Espresso Bars

Position: Ground Espresso Bars Store Manager

New Role: Hannah is responsible for the daily management of the new standalone store in Bangor. In this position she monitors sales performance, facilitates effective stock control, and also assumes a mentoring role when training and supervising members of the Bangor team to enable the provision of Ground’s core ethics and standards in customer service.

Track Record: The new store manager, has operated in the hospitality sector for over 10 years and also holds a degree in International Hospitality Management. In previous barista occupations, Hannah completed a Future Managers Training Course and spent time working in America’s hospitality industry.

Name: Chris Lindsay

Organisations: Ground Espresso Bars

Position: Ground Espresso Bars Bangor Supervisor

Role: Chris supports the day-to-day operations of the Bangor store by overseeing merchandising, stock control, and front-of-house performance. Chris is also key in the implementation of motivational support and guidance for current and new staff.

Track record: Chris holds a 10 year track record in the retail and hospitality industry. His experience in a leading Belfast restaurant has developed his high standards in customer service and supported a strong sales record. Chris aspires to progress into management within the Ground Espresso Bars organisation.
