Join us at the Control Your Birth! KG Hypnobirth Course where you will learn valuable techniques to relax, inform and empower you and your birth partner. This in-person event will provide you with the knowledge and tools to navigate the birthing process with confidence. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take control of your birth journey!

There are 3 course options to choose from, you can have a 1-1 at a time and date that suits you, come as a couple to a small group session, or book into one of the female only sessions where you can come on your own or with a female partner / friend. Venue to be confirmed depending on numbers closer to the date in Castlewellan / Newcastle area.
