A 2-day masterclass for business advisors, mentors, coaches and newish trainers who want to develop their facilitation skills and deliver learning more effectively.

This training is designed specifically for business advisors, mentors, coaches and newish trainers, and by the end of this masterclass, you will be able to:

- Design enterprise sessions with clear learning and real life outcomes.

- Support your clients to use business development frameworks in interactive ways.

- Translate theory into practical application for entrepreneurial clients.

- Facilitate discussions and group sessions effectively — moving from “advice-giving” to enabling.

- Adapt delivery to support women, carers, young people and neurodiverse founders.

- Evaluate and evidence the impact of your sessions.

Duration: 2 full days (10am - 4:00pm)
