Women at Work: From Overload to Capacity

Monday 9 March 2026

Women at Work: From Overload to Capacity On 16 April 2026, I am collaborating with Sarah Lacey from Nourish and Nurture to host:

Women at Work: From Overload to Capacity
Pressure, invisible load and rethinking burnout.

Mid-career roles often expand in scope and responsibility. Expectations rarely reduce as roles grow.

In this discussion-led workshop, we’ll explore:

➡️ Why pressure intensifies over time
➡️ What “invisible load” looks like in professional roles
➡️ How burnout develops even when performance remains strong
➡️ Practical ways to rethink capacity and workload

The morning includes small-group discussion and an expert panel conversation.

£20 per person (includes tea, coffee and scones).
Places are limited.

At Tullyglass House Hotel
