Tell us about your role and your organisation

My name is Louise Maguire, an executive coach and trusted sounding board for senior leaders and their teams. With 15 years of senior leadership experience across global and local industries, and certification in DISC behavioural analysis, I empower executives to master communication, lead with clarity, and build high-performing teams for business success.

Give us a brief overview of your career journey so far

Over the past 15 years, I’ve held senior leadership roles at Vodafone, Digicel, Brandtone, and Ionic Technologies, driving transformative results in fast-paced global environments. From launching a new operation in Istanbul for Brandtone to turning around an underperforming market at Digicel, I’ve honed my strengths in strategic decision-making and team alignment.

Today, I coach senior leaders to communicate effectively and lead with clarity, supported by my MBA, Transformational Coaching Diploma, and DISC behavioural analysis certification. My work is rooted in a deep passion for unlocking leadership potential.

What is one skill that helps you most in your role, and why?

Being a good sounding board. It allows me to provide impartial, insightful guidance for senior leaders facing complex challenges. By creating a safe space for open dialogue, I help them gain clarity and confidence to drive meaningful, lasting impact.

What advice do you have for women in your industry?

Prioritise building strong connections through deep listening and authentic engagement—these create trust and deliver impact. I've seen firsthand how effective communication can transform teams and organisations.

I’m looking forward to welcoming new clients and helping more business leaders reach their goals.

Who has been your biggest career inspiration, and why?

My business coach, Cathryn, has inspired me with her ability to build a thriving business and pivot fearlessly when needed. I’m also deeply inspired by my sister-in-law, Jude, who built a successful business from scratch while raising two children—proving that balance, ambition, and kindness can coexist beautifully.

What’s your soundtrack song to get through the working day?

"Titanium" by David Guetta ft. Sia – it reminds me to stay resilient and strong, no matter the challenge.
