IT Contract recruitment across both public & private sector
- What has been your career journey so far?
I worked as an Events Manager within the Hospitality industry for over 10 years before deciding I wanted to change track and moved to IT recruitment
- Describe yourself in 3 words.
Determined, Talkative (aren’t all women?) & Passionate
- What is the 1 skill that helps you the most in your role?
Ability to talk to anyone

- Are there any exciting plans on the way for Hays?
The IT team in Hays have an exciting growth plan over the next few years with our team almost doubling in the next few months
- Who is an inspiration in your career?
My Granny – she set up her own successful Jewellery shop over 60 years ago and is now retired living like a Queen
- What’s your favourite break time snack?
Cup of tea and chocolate biscuit to dunk
- If you had to pick your soundtrack song to get you through the working day, what would it be?
Probably Spice Girls – who doesn’t love 90’s female pop bands?
