Since 2014 Catriona has been passionate about working with chocolate and at Catriona’s Traditional Handcrafted Confection, emphasis is placed on the difference between quality chocolate and fudge compared to mass produced confections; reflecting on how our brains are wired to make connections and how we sub consciously connect flavours, smells, experiences, places and people.
