4D Strategic Consulting was founded by Suzanne Barclay and is a dynamic and innovative consultancy that specialises in key strategic development practices using consultancy, facilitation and training.

Suzanne has considerable experience working as a consultant, facilitator and trainer with stakeholders and organisations from across the private and public sectors, particularly in the areas of innovation, strategic development and training.

She worked as the Senior Training Consultant within the Northern Ireland Civil Service with development, design and delivery responsibility for all Strategy and Policy courses. Suzanne also has experience of working within the Northern Ireland Innovation Lab where she has delivered innovation training and engaged with senior stakeholders from all sectors and worked with them to break down large complex strategic problems into more manageable portions for progression.

In applying her knowledge of strategy and innovation Suzanne believes that strategy is not something that can be developed in isolation. She is passionate about recognising the need to involve the right stakeholders and end users where applicable and the need to be more creative in how this is achieved in the current economic climate.

In determining the core remit of the business, Suzanne wanted to combine her knowledge of innovation and strategy and utilise this to help businesses improve and grow through bespoke training, facilitation and consultancy.
