The Board and team at Women in Business would like to offer their sincere congratulations to our new Chair Edel Doherty. Edel a member of the Women in Business board since September 2008 has always been an active and passionate supporter of Women in Business. During her time on the Board she has served on numerous works committees.Edel has also recently launched her own successful business Barrhead Travel. As a new Managing Director and Chair of of WIB she will have her hands full.

Outgoing Chair Christine Boyle who knows all about the work dedication and passion required in the role stated " I have throughly enjoyed my time as Chair and have benefitted greatly from the experience, I wish Edel the very very best in this new role and she has my full support going forward. I know Edel will have the passion and determination to succeed with many of the business challenges that lie ahead.
