4Beauty Group win customer service award
Belfast-based beauty business, 4Beauty Group have received the Excellence in Customer Service (Non Retail) Award at the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Business Awards 2016, held recently at the La Mon Hotel.

Belfast-based beauty business, 4Beauty Group have received the Excellence in Customer Service (Non Retail) Award at the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Business Awards 2016, held recently at the La Mon Hotel.
Sponsored by the newly formed Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, the prestigious awards have been designed to give local companies the opportunity to be recognised for their hard work and commitment to business excellence, as well as their key role in supporting the local economy.
4Beauty Group’s submission focused on the work of their Customer Service Team, who the panel commended for “…an outstanding approach to customer service demonstrating their goals, vision and results” as well as, “going the extra mile to connect with their customers”.
On accepting the award, Team Manager Barbara Reynolds commented,
“We’re absolutely delighted that the 4Beauty Group Customer Service Team has been recognised by the awards judging panel, and I would like to extend our thanks to both the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council and the Ulster Bank, who sponsored the award.
The team’s unique combination of enthusiasm, empathy, product knowledge and commercial intuition has helped to ensure that we continue to reach the gold standard of excellence and that we continue to not only meet the needs of, but exceed the expectations of our customers.”
