Located in the heart of Mid Ulster, McNicholl Caravans Ltd. is more than just a business — it’s a family story that’s deeply rooted in Northern Ireland’s thriving caravan industry.

Founded in 1980, and backed by over 45 years of industry experience, McNicholl Caravans has grown steadily into one of Northern Ireland’s most respected and successful caravan companies. We provide high-quality new and pre-owned static caravans and mobile homes, offering expert services in supply, transport, and siting throughout Ireland and the UK.

Our business is built on a commitment to exceptional customer service, in-depth expertise, and a personal touch that a family-run operation can offer.

From humble beginnings, founders Michael and Colette McNicholl poured their hearts into every aspect of the business — from sourcing and sales to handling complex transport logistics. They never pressured their children to join, instead encouraging them to pursue their own paths. But inspired by their parents’ dedication - Shauneen, Aisling, and Leanne - chose to step into the business, and today they play a vital role in its leadership and expansion.

The McNicholl Caravans family now proudly own and operate seven caravan parks across Ireland and the UK and have established direct partnerships with leading caravan manufacturers. The group is currently advancing development plans at its parks in Maryport, Achill Island, and Ballycastle.
