First Derivatives launch FD IMPACT mentor programme

First Derivatives are proud of the diverse and inclusive team they have built across placement, graduate and experienced hire roles in the organisation. In order to continue this strong balanced workforce, First Derivatives wish to engage with female students earlier in their education to provide a unique insight into what a career in technology can look like. Launching the FD IMPACT mentor programme, First Derivatives are presenting the opportunity for female university students to immerse themselves into life within the organisation. The six-month mentorship scheme will include visits to HQ Operations, allow exclusive access to an experienced FD mentor and invitations to FD Women’s Network Events. With paired work experience opportunities and professionalism workshops, FD IMPACT mentees will gain valuable insight into job roles in the Financial Technology Sector.
