Glandore creates space for business to grow. Established in 2001 we are the leading provider of flexible workspace in Belfast and Dublin. At Glandore we offer much more than just offices and coworking space, we create environments that encourage, inspire and support the growth of the companies we house. We are committed to offering cost effective workspace solutions with a focus on flexibility, scalabilty and community for companies and individuals of any size or stage of growth.
With two properties in Belfast, Arthur House and Arthur Place on Arthur Street, and six properties in Dublin, Glandore has been proud to provide International headquarter locations for many of the world's leading and fastest growing companies including Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, Worldpay, Cayan, Bloomberg and BVLGARI.
The Glandore community is at the forefront of everything we do. We are passionate about creating a culture of inclusiveness, support and wellness within our workspaces.
Plans for the next 12 months
As a family business we are very much focused on managing a long term sustainable business and responding to the space and service needs of our members companies as they evolve. In response to the increasing demand for flexibility in the Northern Irish market, we will be launching our new coworking and rooftop social space in Arthur House in the summer of this year.
Glandore launched the Glandore Member Network in 2017 in Dublin to facilitate connections between our members and the wider business community. This is something we will be rolling out in Belfast in 2018. In addition, we have developed a bespoke and complimentary Wellness Programme for our members to create a healthier workplace to promote productivity and engagement and enable our members to attract and retain the most talented employees in a competitive labour market.
