Hello! We’re Jill O’Reilly & Caoilfhionn Buckley and we want to tell you about our Leadership Book Club

We’re both proud Women in Business members with a passion for all things leadership - and a shared love of Brené Brown - which first sparked our friendship and collaboration.
As leadership coaches, we share a belief that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up authentically, building trust, and creating the conditions for others to thrive. That’s why we’ve created the Leadership Book Club - a relaxed and engaging space for leaders to connect, learn, and put fresh insights into action.

We’re diving into Strong Ground by Brené Brown.
This one’s all about finding your footing when things feel uncertain, leading with courage, rebuilding trust, and staying beautifully human through it all. It’s bold, honest, and full of “that’s so me” moments. We are really excited for how this one’s going to spark some brilliant conversations 🤩
