Jill O’Reilly & Caoilfhionn Buckley are both proud Women in Business members with a passion for all things leadership - and a shared love of Brené Brown - which first sparked our friendship and collaboration.

As leadership coaches, we share a belief that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up authentically, building trust, and creating the conditions for others to thrive. That’s why we created the Leadership Book Club - a relaxed and engaging space for leaders to connect, learn, and put fresh insights into action.

We’re reading No Silver Bullet: Moving Beyond Quick Fix Solutions in Business and the Psychology of Change Management by Steve Hearsum 💫

This one challenges the idea that there’s a simple fix for complex problems. It explores why we’re drawn to quick wins, and what it really takes to lead through uncertainty, navigate change, and embrace the messy reality of organisations.

It’s thought-provoking, honest, and likely full of “this hits close to home” moments.
