About the seminar:

In a world of constant disruption, leaders are expected not just to react but to bring clarity, confidence and strategic intent to their organisations. This workshop gives senior leaders the chance to pause, reflect and explore new ways of approaching leadership in uncertain times. Dr Louise O'Meara will focus on “how leaders can effectively guide others through change,” offering practical tools for clarity and resilience. Ganna Pogrebna will explore how organisations can “move beyond reacting to AI disruption and begin using digital transformation as a source of strategic advantage.”
