Lindsey Nicholl - Aspire2Achieve

Hi I’m Lindsey Nicholl and I am the proud Owner & Managing Director of the newly launched Aspire2Achieve (Bespoke Services) Ltd, it is my privilege to inform you of A2A's fantastic services and a bit about myself.

 

Having been thrust into self-employment at the age of 19 I sought every opportunity and embraced every challenge since, truthfully I haven’t looked back. My motto/tag line from the start #Aspire2Achieve and it seemed quite fitting when I decided to re-brand from LC Coaching, Consultancy & Care Training that the time was right to just ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’ – so on 4^th of June 2018 Aspire to Achieve (Bespoke Services) Ltd was born.

 

Over the last 13 years I have organically grown in business learning valuable lessons along the way but ultimately I feel very lucky to have established myself as I have. I believe this is firmly through mutual respect in the steadfast partnerships I have developed and not being afraid to diversify when opportunity knocks. Up until now I have never had to advertise or sell (again very lucky lady). Word of mouth was often enough, but I have now invested in business development, a marketing manager as well as bringing in office staff and growing my team of associates allowing me to continue my BSC(Hons) Community Development degree with time to commit to it fully.

 

A2A Ltd are dedicated to empowering individuals to seek the best from their life, hence the new motto ‘Be the Best You’. It is a Coaching, Consultancy, Education & Training establishment focused around Youth & Community Development as well as Adult & Youth Training & Education (this includes training within the various care sectors and fields).

 

We also deliver 1-1 & group Coaching within these fields and within workplaces, ultimately leading to better coping strategies & overall better quality of life for all availing of the Coaching.
 

All our work is specific & tailored to the Client’s needs. Every Client is treated with utmost dignity & respect & enabled to achieve the outcomes they wish from the partnership. We are a company dedicated to positive outcomes, high standards of practice and we commit ourselves to embracing equality and inclusion within society.
