Age-inclusive workplaces work better |
National Older Workers Week 20-24 November
By 2030 half of all adults in the UK will be over 50. This means that understanding the challenges and opportunities presented by an ageing workforce is vital for a business to thrive.
During National Older Workers Week 20-24 November 2023, will you help us to raise awareness of the Age at Work programme and encourage the businesses that you engage with to look beyond age and see the opportunity that lies within supporting people over 50 to remain in or return to work?
About Age at Work
Age at Work helps businesses to understand the benefits of recruiting, retraining and retaining individuals aged 50+, so that they can put practices in place that create age-inclusive, multigenerational workplaces that pro-actively support people over 50 to remain in or return to work.
