New Chief People and Culture Officer for NIE Networks

NIE Networks is delighted to welcome Helen Sullivan as our new Chief People and Culture Officer with responsibility for our Human Resources, Learning and Culture, Health and Safety and Communications and Engagement teams.

Helen joins us from PwC where she worked for over 25 years, most recently as Global Director and People Driver for the Deals business. Prior to that Helen had worked for over 20 years throughout the UK delivering HR projects across the employee life cycle, core HR functions and tech transformation programmes. Helen has a wealth of experience in strategic workforce planning, change management, culture change and performance management.

Our ability to assist Northern Ireland in decarbonising and to deliver a safe and reliable energy system is dependent on attracting, developing and retaining the right people. Helen’s role will be vital in ensuring we have the workforce in place to successfully transform our business and ensure the electricity network is ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
