Tell us about your role and your organisation.I'm Eve, the founder of RealWell, a health coaching business working one-to-one with women to help them navigate life in a holistically healthy way. In coaching sessions, I help clients identify suboptimal areas of their health, set clear goals, and create personalized action plans. I've worked with clients on various issues, including weight loss, stress management, trauma recovery, body love, fitness, and gut health. My tailored programs range from two sessions to six months, depending on the client's needs. All programs include ongoing support to maintain motivation and address challenges.
The health coaching approach is highly individualized, focusing on small, consistent steps that lead to sustainable health outcomes. I'm passionate about this approach's effectiveness for everyone, without relying on fad diets.
Give us a brief overview of your career journey so far.
My career has been diverse, starting in hospitality, then transitioning to administration and tourism. I've always enjoyed helping people, and my previous roles aligned with that, but didn't fully fulfill me. My personal health challenges and desire to help others led me to train as a health coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021. I qualified in May 2022 and founded RealWell in June. At 47, I feel I've found my true purpose. Helping women achieve their health goals brings me immense satisfaction and keeps me motivated.

Being an active listener
What advice do you have for women in your sector?
Always prioritize self-care to give your best to the people and things you love. It might sound cliché, but it's true: "Put on your own lifejacket before you help others."
Are there any exciting plans in the year ahead in your organization that you can share with us?
Stay tuned!
Who has been your biggest career inspiration and why?
My husband. He's been running his own successful business for nearly 20 years. He's a risk-taker and always strives for more, while I'm more risk-averse. He values quality over quantity, which is reflected in the success of his business and the respect he has from his clients.

Frozen dates stuffed with peanut butter
