With 25 years experience in the Banking industry, Caroline Bell of CB Training Services is now a self employed personal development consultant and mentor. Caroline successfully works alongside a range of training companies and employers in Norther Ireland to deliver bespoke training programmes, accredited qualifications and funded Apprenticeship programmes throughout NI. In addition, Caroline has created and delivered professional GDPR Training to over 600 people throughout the whole of the island of Ireland in 2018!

Since lockdown, Caroline has been working on how she can provide her valued clients with the accurate skills and knowledge that they require to improve their careers skill sets and perhaps more importantly to build their personal and professional confidence to help them throughout life.
As part of this new lockdown venture for Caroline, she has also created two free programmes to provide new and existing clients with the opportunity to receive professional Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training.

Now experiencing a new lockdown learning curve herself, Caroline is using this time to practice and develop her own use of online systems!

With the creation of a new programme called 'Reconnect With Your Team', Caroline aims to reach out employers to assist them with how they should consider communicating with their staff during lockdown and perhaps working from home; moreover, preparing employers on how to bring back staff into the workplace when the time is right following government regulations.

The range of CB Training Services for WIB Members are as follows:

GDPR Refresher (approx. 1.5 hours) – FREE
Dealing With Anxiety During Lockdown (approx. 2 hours) – FREE
Reconnect With Your Team (2 Hours) – Normally £40 per person however, can reduce this to £25 per person for WIB members
