‘Not one for sitting still' I think is how people would describe me, but then I always felt the need to push forward and that has been my mantra - and it's served me well.

I'm Claire, I am a self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful and customer orientated person. I thrive when I am working in a team, usually in a motivator role.

I have had two careers often running side by side over the past 20 years - Fitness and Insurance. I started my career in Group Health insurance, which led me into the wider field of Employee Benefits. My favourite aspect of this industry, especially at this time, is how innovative it is, we are advancing all the time and there's always new products and services to introduce. My two interests are now interlinked, and I am on a mission to help employers choose the right benefits for their workforce that not only attracts quality candidates but engages their current workforce to be healthier.

Our understanding of healthy is changing and improving and we are now able to offer our workforce a wide range of health-related activities and therapies both face to face and online, with more detailed ROI statistics than ever before to help HR teams make important decisions.

I work for Benefiz Limited; I am their first employee this side of the Irish Sea and I am determined to develop my client base here in Northern Ireland. Benefiz Limited provide companies with a flexible benefit platform (the technology) and manage and advise on all aspect of the benefits (broking).
