Lyndsay is a mum of 3 and a makeup artist based in East Belfast. She stepped into the makeup world quite late after a long career working with children and young people. At 42, she decided the time was now, ‘I quit my job and decided to pursue a career in my other passion…women & makeup!’.

Within a year, Lyndsay had set up a studio and was busy teaching mostly women over 40 on how to apply makeup. Lyndsay had fallen in love with make up again, as like many other, she had lost her confidence throughout the stages of balancing a busy life between family and her career.

Makeup lessons are Lyndsay’s niche now and while she provides a full range of makeup services, her passion is teaching women how to apply their own makeup. ‘My passion is helping all women to feel more confident and I love encouraging my clients to see the benefits of investing in themselves. This truly has an impact on how we feel about ourselves & positively impacts those around us.’.

In July 2022, Lyndsay launched the Dollypond Online Makeup Academy to teach women from the comfort of their own home and ultimately reaching out to a wider audience. The next step in her business is to begin hosting larger makeup workshops, classes and courses, with great excitement for what the future holds!
