Hi, I'm Modesta Ferreira and I am the Site Operations Manager of Skea Egg Farms Limited.

My mission is "To be an inspirational leader in the food industry. I would also like to be known for inspiring people to be more than they thought they could be at work and life.”

I am a highly accomplished and driven professional with a passion for the food industry. I've built my career from the ground up, starting as an operative on a production line and working my way up to a senior manager level. With 18 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing and Food & Beverage industries, I am an accomplished Manager and Leader and a reputation for being inspiring and influential.


Throughout my career, I've focused on cutting organizational costs, building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, increasing productivity, strengthening compliance, and delivering improvements to overall business performance. I am known for my exceptional leadership skills, my ability to influence and motivate people, and lead teams to achieve high performance, and my outgoing personality and strong communication skills.

Why am I doing what I am doing?
