Olga is originally from Toomebridge and is living in the nearby community. She is a busy working mother of five who loves to get out running and attending sporting fixtures of the local teams, especially the Creggan Camogie team as she is the proud sponsor.

McAteer Solutions was founded in 2016, with Olga’s 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry to support her. The experience gained over the past 15 years allowed her to enter estate agency and property. This resulted in the foundations of McAteer Solutions being laid in Toomebridge, with recent expansion into Belfast, with the opening of a new office on Elmwood Avenue.

McAteer Solutions provides residential, commercial and property management services to Midulster and wider afield. Our mission is to become a leading provider of real estate services by fostering a culture of growth and innovation. We will strive to exceed expectations through our commitment to providing excellent customer service and our focus on achieving consistent growth. With our expertise, we will provide our clients with the best possible solutions in the real estate industry and be a trusted resource for all their real estate needs.

Olga has growth plans for the company with new business development currently underway. She is highly passionate, entrepreneurial, and never stands still in business.

The McAteer Solutions family has rapidly grown over the past few years to help exceed the needs of our clients with Janice joining the team to help streamline our processes and offer a friendly voice to ensure that as we grow, we continue to offer the best service to our clients. Odhran joined our team in June 2022 as an estate agent to offer a personable and professional service to our diverse range of clients with over 12 years of experience. Recently, we have welcomed Orla who is lead administrator in our property management and Rebecca who is taking over the digital marketing activities.
