“I set up my branding agency Brand Elevation to help companies and brands radiate success. I believe that brands are like people; when someone truly loves their work, they shine. They radiate purpose and people are drawn towards them; brands are no different. With the right care and attention brands will also shine. That is my aim, to make brands standout and shine.”
Like her brands, Roisin radiates a real love for what she does and a genuine enthusiasm in her clients’ growth and success which has helped her build strong relationships with her clients, many of which stretch over 8 years. Her knowledge of the industry and evolving trends and her understanding of clients’ vision and objectives ensures that her brand and marketing proposals are results driven.
Tell us about Brand Elevation and what encouraged you to set up a new business in Northern Ireland?
“Brand Elevation was born out of my desire to have a better work life balance with my children and husband as well as a fully committed marketing professional. I had invested 15 years in a successful marketing career during which time I built a reputation as an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Marketing Account Director working with global brands accounts such as Siemens, Snickers Workwear, Peugeot, Whirlpool Corporation and Amnesty International.
After much soul-searching, I decided to gamble on my reputation, my business relationships and previous results and set up my own business and so Brand Elevation was born.”
As someone who radiates purpose and to whom people are naturally drawn, it was no surprise that within months of setting up Brand Elevation, brands including Siemens, Whirlpool, Flexi-fi (now known as humm), Amnesty International, Plan Ireland and Britvic contacted Roisin wanting to work with her. And so Brand Elevation grew and continues to grow.

Outgoing, determined and passionate!
What do you love most about your job?
"I love the buzz of taking the seed of an idea, brainstorming and matching them with brand values and company ethos and creating campaigns and initiatives that ultimately help brands develop, grow and shine.
I love working with others across a spectrum from business owners to marketing professionals from large multi-nationals right through to business owners of small, independent companies. Every day is new, exciting, creative and so enjoyable. I am doing exactly what I want to do."
How has the pandemic impacted your business & how have you survived it?
"The pandemic has impacted the business greatly. A significant portion of our corporate business was in the events industry – producing signage, print media, branded clothing and branded gifts for events which we hope will start again soon.
Like many companies, we have had to get creative and look at what we do and how we can add value through additional services. The new “working from home” world has created a level of disconnect between employers and employees. People miss their communal tea breaks, company coffee mornings and water-cooler chats. Customers and suppliers miss human interaction and dealing face to face with people. It was to address this sentiment that we developed Beboxed."
Beboxed is a personalised box containing a message and branded gift(s), delivered directly to the intended personnel for companies. It has been designed to help employers improve employee engagement and also suppliers stay in touch with their clients. Rather than thinking outside the box, we have thought inside the box! We have developed a personalised gift box that will deliver branded gifts to say Thank You or We Miss You. From clothing to wine coolers and fun games to safety and exercise gifts, we have thousands of products to choose from which will meet every budget, every industry and every employee interest.
We are living in very different times and we need to think differently to build relationships, maintain connections and support employee engagement.
When someone receives a BeBoxed with a personalised message, it evokes feelings of nostalgia, missing those busy office-based days, remembering a previous supplier-led event or a celebratory dinner which marked a customer’s success. But what it ultimately boosts is feelings of being appreciated in these difficult and sometimes lonely times which is pivotal.
