Sharron Mc Cormick launched her business “With Love Recipes” just last year and has had a whirlwind year to say the least. With Love Recipes as a company have brought to the market, a selection of guilt free products which cater to the dietary mass market which directly tackle dietary issues including; coeliac, gluten free, obesity and general weight management.

It was very important to sharron to develop products that are not only delicious in taste, but which are also a formulated solution for
a collection of dietary specs and not just gluten free or sugar free in its singular form. Instead the products on the market are suitable for variety meaning individuals and families alike can enjoy their favourite treats together whether one may be coeliac or one diabetic etc.

As well as having her first in a series of cookbooks; (With Love Recipes) published in September 2018, sharron is already in the completion stages of her next product range of guilt free sauces which will be the companies follow up to the already market available guilt free cheesecakes and muffins.

The cheesecakes and muffins are already stocked in local supermarket chains including; centra, spar, supervalu and mace. The next step for the company will be to secure the local coffee shop and cafe sector where the guilt free products will be on sale.

Sharrons largest and most inspiring project to date which is in its preparation stage will be the opening of her very own production premises with a flagship guilt free cafe. The premises at orchard business park, strabane will also be home to a built in demonstration area and cookery school where sharron will open up classes to the public for both adults and children. As well as bringing business to the local economy, sharron will of course be providing more local jobs within the community.

It is such a huge and yet excitably rewarding venture for sharron and it is without surprise that she has been already scooping up nominees and awards for some of the most prestigious events around, including the Strabane Chamber Of Commerce Award “Excellence In Health, Well Being And Leisure” and the NWRC “Entrepreneur Of The Month”.

For a business in its infancy to have come so far has been a remarkable achievement to date for this lady and she only has more to bring.
