Deloitte joins Women in Business as a new partner in the Multicultural Women’s Network

Women in Business, in collaboration with Diversity Mark and MRANI (Minority Recognition Awards NI) are delighted to welcome Deloitte as a new partner in the Multicultural Women’s Network. Since 2023, the Multicultural Women’s Network has aimed to provide a welcoming space for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to come together in a relaxed and informal environment to grow their connections, discuss common career and business challenges and enable valuable community building. With Deloitte as the new partner, the four organisations will join together to deliver events over the course of 2026, breaking barriers and exploring themes that celebrate our multicultural society.

Women in Business and Diversity Mark as part of the WiB Group proudly champion inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Women in Business is the leading business network for women in the workplace, empowering women with resources and support where there is gender disparity. Diversity Mark offers accreditation, expert support and guidance to organisations that are navigating the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) landscape.
MRANI aims to recognise and celebrate excellence among minority business in Northern Ireland as part of an effort to reduce bias and promote unity in the workplace. Together since 2023, they have created a network within Women in Business that supports and inspires women from all backgrounds.
 
Deloitte was awarded the Gold Diversity Mark Accreditation in May 2025 and is only the third firm in Northern Ireland to achieve this Accreditation. Deloitte has a long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion, and this partnership is a testament to the firm’s ongoing efforts to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Their new partnership with the Multicultural Women’s Network will welcome and engage women from a diversity of backgrounds, allowing them to build a supportive network, be inspired by guest speakers and create new connections.

The first event of the series will take place on Wednesday 4th March from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Deloitte, The Ewart, Belfast. We welcome women from all ethnicities - this is a free event for Women in Business members, employees in Diversity Mark signatory organisations and members of MRANI.
